teacher training technique first developed by Dwight W Allen in 1963. It is an effective
technique used to build up skills, confidence, modification of teaching
style/behavior in teachers.
It helps to learn and
practice giving constructive feedback.
Micro teaching is
also called scale down teaching approach.
According to Allen “Micro
Teaching as a scaled down teaching encounter in class size and period”
